Speeds being Capped?

I never usually post up on forums like this but recent I feel the need to, until recently I've never had an issue with speeds but I'm almost sure my Internet speeds are being capped, I should be getting a guaranteed 30mbps download speed but I'm lucky if it ever reaches 10! I've got the same network traffic as when it was running fine so there's no change.

The speeds I'm posting here are on an Ethernet connection, which should in theory run faster than wifi.

Sad thing is I feel like I'm repeating myself over and over to their tech department, they run so called 'speed tests' but no improvement

Morning,

 

I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault, however I can see that the sync speed has dropped. Is there any noise on the voice service? Does the main socket also have a test socket?

@Christiano_Butler1986  suggest you log into your router and take a screenshot showing the line rates and noise margins and add them here using the camera icon.

 

Is your phone working normally ?
