Has my router been hacked?

I might just be paranoid, but wondering if you can tell me if I've been hacked? I logged into my advanced router settings for something and noticed that UPnP port forwarding was enabled by default and there was an entry within the custom firewall settings for a serviced called "Video2Protect" which after trawling through google, I found a random reference relating to surveillance software that could be unrelated, but has my imagination going wild!

I've tried to reset the router back to factory settings but these settings remain enabled by default so I'm wondering if I've got the wrong end of the stick here?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @kevjpatty seems related to home security devices, do you have any?

Also from the little I've read it is benign.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don't worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.
