I entered into a new contract on 16/10/2024 but now wish to exercise my 7 day cooling off period because your customer service and repairs services are disgraceful. I have been in the queue for your chat service for over 2 hours and when my internet connection failed on the 16/10/2024, I was given a date for an engineer visit almost 2 weeks in the future. REMOVED PERSONAL INFORMATION.
