I entered into a new contract on 16/10/2024 but now wish to exercise my 7 day cooling off period because your customer service and repairs services are disgraceful. I have been in the queue for your chat service for over 2 hours and when my internet connection failed on the 16/10/2024, I was given a date for an engineer visit almost 2 weeks in the future.  REMOVED PERSONAL INFORMATION.

If you want to cancel you can't do it by posting here, you need to call 0345 172 0088 and specify "cancel" when prompted.
