I have signed up to Talk Talk broadband, but have no email confirmation and can't talk to anyone at customer service on the telephone (0800 049 7971) because the system doesn't recognise my mobile number. Can someone working at Talk Talk help please?

Try calling the regular customer services number on 0345 1720 0088 and say "check order" on the voice prompt. Ignore any request to input a phone number, that is just for existing customers.

If you simply signed up for ordinary Broadband, have they sent you details of your landline number?

 

Is it ordinary Fast Broadband (ADSL) or FTTC, @SimonPrice?

 

How did you sign up?

 

Probably too late for staff support today but complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to look for your order.

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings. Add as much information as possible in Personal Information. Further information should be put in Private Notes, at the end of that section. SAVE CHANGES.
