After three chat's with customer services my homework time would still not work. My lad has ADHD & turning the router off manually causes havoc so the homework time was a great discovery until it stopped working.
I have since discovered that if I remove the LAN cable it works as it should. It's a pity none of the customer services I spoke to suggested this or even asked how the PlayStation was connected.
