Hi,

 

This appears to be a known issue, can I get my firmware updated/downgraded to get this resolved?

We do have new firmware coming in the next month which should resolve this issue, so you wont need to change the firewall level.

was custom, just set to medium and all good. Will have to figure out a manual rule for it later, weird I don't remember having to set something for Blizzard previously.

 

Thanks for the prompt I was tinkering with the Windows firewall rather than on the router itself.

Hi again,

 

bit of a weird one but since this firmware upgrade I cannot connect to battle.net. I initially thought it was a server issue, but I can connect fine when connected to my work VPN. Everything looks good firewall side and I've tried using Google DNS instead which hasn't made any difference. The only thing I can pinpoint that would have any impact is this firmware update, otherwise I've changed no settings.
