Band 1 (2.4 GHz) is disabled even though it's switched on. The same as this customer's problem https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Broadband/TalkTalk-Wi-fi-Hub-Band-1-2-4-GHz-is-not-working/td-p/...
I've tried full resets multiple times. Tried different settings in advanced settings, but nothing will work. Please can I have a Wi-Fi Hub 3 replacement? It's seems now that this router is developing even more faults since the last firmware update, version SG4K100208.

Hi @wjsd7
There is a bug that affects the current firmware when either Wi-Fi band is disabled within the router's configuration. When re=enabled, all seems fine in the config. However, one or both bands do not start working again. Currently, the only workaround is to perform a factory reset and start again.
