How Do I get A new Router Mines Faulty

Hi Talk Talk sent me a router i think its been less than a year ago its the Huawei-DG8041W.

Every since i have had it when ever someone goes out my front or back door the internet connection drops but the phone is not affected.. This has been doing it a long time and i thought naybe the internet has gone rubbish where we live..

I had an old router at home a Netgear router which i bought several years back. So i thought i would try that and Perfect internet no longer cutting off when people go in or out of our doors.

So now i know the Huawei-DG8041W Router which you sent me is at fault. How do i get a replacement for the faulty Router
