Hi
My router is flashing orange light, i.e. no internet connection.
Wifi is OK.
I've tried "off/wait-20-minute/on" restart & also hard reset with pinhole on back.
TalkTalk have run a line test & all is OK.
I tried my old TalkTalk router & that still works fine, so line is probably OK, as tested.
I conclude I need a new router but can't find out how to get one other than wait ages for chatbot to connect me to an agent, or wait in lengthy phone queue.
Is there some way of ordering one online & returning the defective one?

Make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account.
Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu...Personal Information needs your Talktalk phone number or account number etc.
Scroll down to SAVE CHANGES.
