How do I get to message TalkTalk regarding my final bill. I have been charged up to 14 Jan 2025 when I switched to another supplier on 26 Dec 2024. I gave plenty of notice and would like an explanation and a refund.

You will get a refund on the next bill for the period after you have left us.

Talktalk charges the full month ahead in case you change your mind, @Hethtee.
They don't know the exact date of the switch till it has actually happened. Unused days are refunded in a subsequent bill.
You then claim back the refund from My Account using the same direct debit details as for normal billing, so don't remove these yet.
