Intermittent Drop Out of Service

I have used your broadband service for several years. Lately I am finding that every day on numerous occasions I lose internet connection with both lights on my router going out. It then connects again a couple of minutes later, this is really annoying as I work from home and need a reliable connection, please can anyone provide a solution to this?

Hello Michelle,

 

I have just received the new router and have set it up and have a connection, all seems to be working fine at the moment, I am connected to my PC via cable, and to my phone via wireless, both seem to be working fine, hopefully no more intermittent drop outs? Thanks so much for your help.

Thanks for updating your Community Profile.

 

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults but I can see re connections on the line.

 

Would you like me to send a replacement router for testing so we can rule this out?
