Basically this, the internet performance over the last 6 hours, I have been recording it as it has been like this for the last few weeks now.
Last time an engineer visited I was told the Green box was suffering from grounding issues and would need to be looked at, now getting this issue. Still not had TalkTalk fix it, sick of doing the online test which lies or straight up fails then claims actually it's all fine. Sick of being pushed through to Bots, that then circle jerk you back to the test, that fails, then when you refresh magically it says no issue.
Is there anyone actually working at TalkTalk that can call me and solve this issue? Otherwise I am calling customer service to cancel as it has become unfit for purpose.
Yes this is G.Fast, no it's not fibre, something else TT "technicians" seem to know nothing about.

Just to add to this, I have reset the equipment several times. When it drops completely the Act light flashes, and I can tell in the equipment it's dropped connection to the box as "showtime" is missing. I'm pretty sure this is again an issue with the Green Box and will not be solved until an OpenReach engineer is sent to fix it.
