Good Evening

Modem Sagemcom , orange light blinking all day... No internet. Try several times reset modem , unplugged from power etc.- nothing help. Network service status result show : Track Fault.

I have ordered a replacement router and a returns bag for the faulty router.

 

Please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive. Let us know how the connection compares with this router.

Good Evening 

I found and connected temporary my old router ( Huawei super router) all works o.k. Looks like Sagemcom router failed . Can i please for replacement one? It should be still on warranty. Thanks for reply. Regards

Good Morning

Router was switch in all night - still the same issue - flashing orange light. I'm in job now but when i back i'll try connect my older router ( if i find him ofc ) to eliminate one of possible issue. Thanks for reply...

The line test shows that the router may be powered down. Is the router switched off at the moment?
