I’m in the LN2 area of Lincoln and have lost internet for the past couple of days any idea why?

Currently nothing listed on Down Detector etc.

 

Sometimes major work is going on, and you will find a notification for that in the Service Status Dashboard of the forum. 

 

If you are still having problems but have data that enables you to get in touch, use Chat to report the problem today.

You can't reach service support by phoning on a Sunday, but, you can run tests through Service Centre and arrange for an engineer to come, if need be. You may need to sign into My Account first.
