I constantly get random internet drop outs 35 in the last 24hrs a sample below. It only lasts a few seconds but when working from home very frustrating. My PC is ethernet direct to hub. All test come back OK but i think they are external?

Can I just confirm, is the PC the only device which loses the connection or is it all devices?

Hi, No router in the hall, I only notice it when my Work Anyconnect pops up lost connection. Few seconds later connects again.

Line test is passing and doesn't show any disconnections since the 1st when there was one at 03:44. Have you noticed if the light changes on your router when the connection drops?

No this has been going on for some months, some days are good some not so, today for example once on the 17th 5 times. We dont use the lind line so cant tell if noise on the line or not

I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing problems with your service. Have the disconnections only started over the last couple of days?
