Thank you for confirming this @dannyw13 as we will look into the issue. Do you have any active monitoring for life threatening health reasons which is solely dependant upon your TalkTalk Broadband or Telephone line? For example a care alarm, lifeline, health pendant or fall detector.

It wasn't a new line is was a new piece of cable fitted between a join box and master socket, it has been great up until recently

I see you had a similar issue that required a new line a while ago.

Have you carried out the checks regarding phone lines crackling or dropping off that were previously requested as this could show a line fault?
Failing that @siphosethu-TT will run further tests with you to resolve.
