Hi
I updated my account a couple of months ago to pay more per month for a better internet however over the last couple of months the internet is worse.
I feel cheated and wonder why i am paying more money for worse internet.
I feel like i am just throwing money away my son has a few businesses and needs to work from home and cannot connect to internet.Most of the time it is worse in the day but even had problems at different times throughout the day.
What is the point is it worth trying to get this fixed or should i just go somewhere else

I'm really sorry to hear this.
I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults but I can see re connections on the line.
Have we recently sent you a new router for testing?
