Is there a maximum number of websites that can be explicitly allowed in the Kids Safe settings? I have ten set up but when I try to add an extra one I get a technical error. If I delete one of the ten and then add a new one it works fine. This has been going on for months, if not years. If there is a limit of ten then it should not error but rather it should advise that the limit is ten. If there is no such limit then please can it be fixed?
Thanks.

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the limit on the number of sites. However, we will take your feedback into consideration regarding the reason for this limitation, thanks

Thank you Amahle-TT. However, if there is truly a maximum of 10 sites that can be added, when I try and add an eleventh why is a technical error displayed? Why doesn't a message come up stating that the maximum is ten? That in itself is a fault that needs to be rectified. Also, why is there no mention of this limit in the help and instructions? Surely this can be fixed?

Hi there @stevefowell, It seems that there is a limit of ten websites that can be added to the TalkTalk Kids Safe settings. When you delete one site, you can successfully add another, which confirms this restriction. Thank you for clarifying!

Thanks for your reply. I am referring to allowing specific sites, not the 9 categories. I have read through the "how to use" information and there is no reference there to any limit on the number of sites that can be added. But, as I mentioned, if there is a limit it still shouldn't error when trying to add more.

It seems to be 9 categories, @stevefowell. I don't know what happens when you add specific sites, but scroll through the information on these pages:
