It's a good idea if you follow fr8ys's advice, @Swieczkowski, and complete your details in your profile area.

When they can identify your specific account, staff may be able to get an update from Openreach about the expected time this is going to take.

It won't be before the morning before you get reply now, though.

Bear in mind it's not TalkTalk struggling, it will be the infrastructure owner, probably OpenReach.

So it has been reported already and is in hand.

I doubt staff here can do anything other than look into the reported fault and provide an update, but that won't be until tomorrow.

If you wish them to do so, please update your information as requested.

Thank you.

The entire building had a broken internet connection, Virgin Media and Now TV fixed it the same day at the neighbors' place, but TalkTalk is still struggling.

Oh and I'm assuming you have tried the troubleshooting tips such as rebooting router etc.

Hi,

have you reported it?

staff are not back here until tomorrow, nor are the phone lines open on Sundays. Of you haven't reported it you can do so via chat.

If you wish to chat online, there is a link on this page together with details of opening hours

https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/articles/our-live-chat-team/ta-p/2230529

Or if you wish to wsit until tomorrow, you are in the staff's queue for a response.
For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
Please post back when done.
Thank you
