@DivsecThanks for your reply, any ideas on who would be able to assist please? I am not sure why this feature is enabled by default as I have to keep requesting for it to be disabled.

Hi @mshaun55 if only we could. The staff here are no longer able to do this but could be able to request it.
Remember it reactivates every time your router is reset or firmware updated.
