Unfortunately we are no longer able to switch off the wifi optimisation. This was a business decision made around 1 year ago. What issues are you experiencing with your wifi connection please?

It was a business decision, @mshaun55.
Have not seen optimisation disabled for around 6 months or so.
We'll see what happens, but, as Divsec says, don't get your hopes up too high.

@mshaun55 the team here will try for you but I am not optimistic. Some super star in the deep background invisible to real people decided it was a good idea.

@DivsecThanks for your reply, any ideas on who would be able to assist please? I am not sure why this feature is enabled by default as I have to keep requesting for it to be disabled.

Hi @mshaun55 if only we could. The staff here are no longer able to do this but could be able to request it.
Remember it reactivates every time your router is reset or firmware updated.
