Lost internet access

I lost internet access just after midnight and it’s still down this morning. I have tried restarting the router multiple times (leaving it off for up to an hour) but have had no luck.

 

My landline seems to be working perfectly and there’s no noise on the line so I’m assuming it’s an intenet problem. (The internet icon on the router has stayed red the whole time)

 

I ran a service check on the TalkTalk website and it said there’s a fault, can someone look into that for me? Thanks in advance.

I lost connection to TV Internet and laptop services.  I switched on and off several times and checked connections.  Still not working today.
