Everything seemed to be fine initially, then after the internet dropped out for an evening my router is no longer visible on my TV or daughter's PC. I feel like the shell router has been updated. I've been unable to get customer services to help me, they forward me to a 'dedicated team' and then nothing. Any ideas?

You will need to speak to the Shell Migration team on the main Service Centre (0345 172 0088), as we do not have any knowledge of the Shell routers.
