Okay, this is a long one so please bear with me. When we first migrated from Shell to Talk Talk and we were sent a Talk Talk router. We were not able to connect any devices as it kept asking us to sign into Talk Talk and when we did this on our devices we'd get this white screen and then it would time out to the photo I've attached. After many days we managed to get it sorted and found out it was the settings in the router for IPv4 that was incorrect and I had to change them and then it worked perfectly.
Internet was acting up on Saturday and my friend who though she was being helpful pressed the reset button returning the router to the original settings so now none of my devices work. I was on the chat several times since Saturday and no one was able to help me. They didn't understand what I was asking for. Is anyone able to provide me with the correct settings that I need as a previous Shell customer so I can get my daughter to log into the router when she finishes work today to get it sorted for me?

I do wonder if someone may have sent you a wrong replacement router at the time, but as they got it working once, they should be able to again.

Thank you for the reply, it was the Shell Migration team that I was dealing with on Chat but they weren't able to grasp what I was looking for. I'll get my daughter to call them this evening. Thank you for the number.

You probably ended up speaking to the Shell team and you would be best to speak to the dedicated Shell Migration team on 03451 720088 (open 9am - 7pm), as staff here have limited or no access to the Shell systems.
When you call is answered be specific and ask for the Shell migration team.
