It should have arrived on the 16th October, there was no sign of this. Contacted TalkTalk and was assure that one would be sent and I should receive this in 2 - 3 days. Still no sign of that one. Contacted them to be told another 2 - 3 days. This is simply not good enough. How do you manage to get the router that is part of your Broadband agreement?

Unsure as to what you're asking. But this is a new account that was live from the 17th October 2024. That said, despite promises to send one I am without, All I get from the TalkTalk chat are meaningless platitudes and false promises. At this point I have had enough.

Do you have a live service with TalkTalk. or is this a replacement? The support team here will look into this when they are back online tomorrow.
