Mobile phone not connecting to broadband

My mobile is not connecting to my broadband. It connects to other networks and until recently it connected to my home network but has now stopped. Any ideas on why this might be?

No not changed router settings, but that's great it's been flagged. Thanks for the reply.

The laptop shouldn't have a bearing on other devices connecting, unless you have changed something in the router settings? This has been flagged to the support team here for you, but bear in mind that with another public holiday to come it may be a few days before they respond.

Hi, it's a Huawei Y7 and it does recognise my network  and attempt to connect to it. I have tried forgetting and reconnecting but no joy. I recently started using a work laptop on my home network and the problems started around then.

Make/model/OS? Is it still "seeing" the network name/SSID? Have you tried forgetting and reconnecting?
