Modem solid orange

My modem went off after 5pm on 7th Dec. Its been orange solid light since, I've tried turning it off and unplugging for an hour but it's still orange solid. My account is saying i have broadband but i can't connect to Internet my tv said the DNS connection failed. I tried to test me line on my account but it came up with a message saying we've run into a problem try again later. Any help please. My modem is for fibre.

Can I just check, what lights are currently on the front of the ONT?
