Hi guys

I'm moving home and my broadband service stopped on 8th of December and my go live date is on 15th of December at my new address but I'm worried they haven't booked any openreach engineer to connect me property or check if my line is correctly connected at the cabinet.

So after calling customer support they told me someone is coming but I didnt recieve any confirmation or email from openreach I'm just afraid they gonna let me in the dark with no connection for a long time.

What are my options?

I was thinking to cable the master socket myself since is not cabled properly which color does openreach use to send broadband I have , Green Yello white and black?

Anyway to reach openreach to check if any engineer is due?

Thank you

It's only your property from the faceplate, @topeav.

You'd be responsible for any damage and costs if you tinker with it.

Hi to not touch it? It looks pretty easy to wire with a punch tool and a mastersocket... I just want to know which colors to use.

Talktalk done the same before told me my connection will go live on x date at my old address but the issue was at the cabinet the line was not connected... now they saying the same thing ...
