Moving to new flat

I will move to the new flat to join talk talk broadband. It says they will send the router before I move into the flat, but the flat is empty. Who will gonna take it? How are these deliveries working? Is it possible to arrange the delivery just for a specific date and time?

If the courier is unable to deliver the router then they will leave a card so the delivery can be rearranged.
