It’s starting to get really frustrating now at midnight every night My broadband connection cuts out and I have all restrictions turned off. Why is this happening

Morning,

 

I'm sorry to hear this. Could you try switching on HomeSafe and Kidsafe in your My Account please. Once they both show as active could you then switch them both off again and then retest again please.
