DMZ not working (Or port fowarding)

My port forwarding is not working. I do everything correct and yet the ports remained closed. Pinging them on port checking websites doesn't work and attempting to use DMZ just comes back as "Invalid Ip" I have turned DCHP off and on, Reset my router completely and NOTHING is working talk talk staff have also been completely useless.

I can help a lot with this, but first I need to know:-

 

  1. What make/model of router are you using?
  2. Which TCP or UDP ports are you trying to forward?
  3. What type of device are you trying to forward them to?
  4. How are you testing this, via a port checking website (none of these are compatible with UDP ports & will always report as closed) or by using another device to connect to the device acting as some sort of server?
