My fibre 65 via copper wire over last week and half as been slower then my guaranteed speed,  I started on 42 Mbps my guaranteed  speed is 37 Mbps and now down 30 Mbps , I have followed the trouble shooting and nothing, I had a engineer out on the 7th November  who fix it but as of Tuesday 18th a storm came internet was off when I got up,  I spoke to talk talk customer service they sent some one out on 25th November he reset the box replace the front plate of the  phone socket,  tested the speed and he could not get it working any more then 31 Mbps did not have any equipment to test further and  then lefted, my speed is still on the 30 Mbps and it should be 37 Mbps and over  and in  the case file says it was fixed but it wasn't fixed hope someone can help this keeps happening.

We'll now need you to plug your ADSL cable straight into the broadband port of your Master Socket.

After that plug the other end of the ADSL cable into the broadband port of your Router.

We can see the line test still indicating an internal wiring issue after your equipment was disconnected, so this will need further investigation.

A line test is currently underway. This checks the equipment used to provide the broadband service to your home - including the exchange, cabinet and line equipment.

This can take up to 5 minutes to complete. I'll let you know if this test finds a fault, otherwise I'll continue with further checks.

I am about to run a test that will look at the condition of your line. This test will identify any faults in the cables and associated equipment, between your home and the exchange, that could effect your service.

The result will allow us to determine if an engineer is required, or whether additional checks need to be completed with you.

Does the faceplate have screws on the front?
