My wife has been using NHS VPN to work from home until a few weeks ago when we had some issues with our broadband and she also needed to work back in the office.
She would now like to be working part time at home but the VPN connects, but as soon as it is connected to the VPN the wifi seems to knock off so the connection is no longer valid.
From other messages on the community it seems this is an issue with CISCO anyconnect VPN but requires a firmware update. How can I do this?

Hi Paul
I'm really sorry about this.
Please can you try a pin hole reset for ten seconds?

Hi, we have tried that now and done the same thing. She has to leave to go to work now, but will be back later this afternoon

Hi Paul
Apologies. Could you reboot the router and test this again please?

Hi Debbie,
Thanks for getting back, my wife just tried and it did the same thing again where it is connected to the internet through the WiFi but when the VPN is connected the internet connection goes.
