Staff will need more background information, @Yellows1.
If the line needs checking, forum staff will need to identify your account, so please make sure that your Talktalk phone number/account number is saved in the profile area. Go via your avatar; settings etc.
They won't be able to check this for you over the weekend. Look out for their response on Monday.
