Hi please send a new router. 

For past few weeks my current router keeps disconnecting devices randomly at all times of day and night and also cannot access all websites when it is connected. Tried resetting it but keeps doing it. Both wired and wireless devices are affected!

 

I have to use my mobile data to access internet which is getting annoying.
