No Interent for a week

Hello
Can anyone help, I have not had my broad band service for a week now, they sent out reach out after a few days who found and "fixed" an issue with my line but my internet did not return. Then they sent out a new router although i told them it was not my equipment. When that did not work they sent out an engineer to my home and he said there was nothing wrong with my equipment. the problem was with their servers. they were supposed to ring me today to go over my complaint but did not if i ring the customer service number they do not listen ti me just read off the same script
How do i get this resolved ?

I also have been without internet now for a week . All I get they are working on it. No updates. No offer of money of my bill.
