Broadband help

No Internet for 2 days

My broadband went off 2 days ago, talk talk say there is no issue. I have reset my router, turned on and off multiple times, ran network tests etc. I have a green light on Wireless and Power but all other lights have been off for 2 days now. Anybody else had / having this issue?

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • TalkTalk Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Make sure that you have completed your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. 

 

Add your Talktalk landline number in Personal Information. You need to go via your avatar/name; settings; drop down menu. SAVE CHANGES.
