Any one else in Hall Green area of Birmingham having problems with their connection?
Worked for about 20 mins this morning then went off.

TalkTalk have found and fixed the problem. It was at their end.
Hope it doesn't happen again.

There are no areas of the country with any big outages as far as the Service Status page (you can always view this any time):-

It is far more likely that you have a fault somewhere. Please can you elaborate by answering these few questions:-

1. What package are you on?

2. What make/model of router do you have (if this is a TalkTalk router, these details will be on a label on the rear or underside of it)?
3. What is the exact status of the lights on the front of the router when this happens?
4. If you have any wired connections, are they affected in the same way as wireless ones?
