I can see that Openreach have closed the fault as resolved.

This fault is still with the Openreach line engineers. I will continue to monitor for additional updates.

OK thanks. I've raised this to Openreach for investigation. Openreach will investigate over the next 72 hours and may contact you directly if they need to access your home

I don't have a phone attached to my line, so have no idea if there is a signal coming through, I've never used the landline I'm not even sure the phone number is correct

Line test is picking up a potential problem. Are you experiencing any problems with your telephone service, is there a dial tone, any noise on the line?
