I have moved home recently and on the 29th April Openreach came to install a line for my internet. The engineer said as he was finishing up “All is fine” And Talktalk will complete the process.
I called customer service on 29th May and they responded it would take up to 12hrs to go live, it’s been over 48hrs with no internet.
Also, I have had no communication from talktalk to explain what is happening. Has anyone else experience such poor service?

Was this arranged as part of a home move with TalkTalk, or as a new service? What was the go live date?
If you would like the support team here to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk landline number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond. Please bear in mind that they won't be back online until Tuesday and it may take bit longer for them to catch up.
