Good Afternoon, I have been homeworking for the past 2 years with no issues.  Today my work laptop will not connect to Direct Access on Windows 10. The internet works absolutely fine on home PC and phone but I am unable to access anything through Direct Access. I have restarted my laptop/router multiple times & had no joy, my works IT department have ensured me there's no issues their end and have run several tests.   I rang and was advised they would log the issue with Openreach as I am unable to access either using a phone as a hotspot.   Anyone else having these issues?    Frustrating as I have wasted a whole day.   Openreach may take up to 48 hrs to respond!

So that I can locate your account on our system and pick this issue up for you, please can you add your Account number or Home phone number to your 'Community Profile'.

 

If you are a Full Fibre customer, please add your FTTP reference or FTTP order Number to your profile.

 

If you have difficulty providing the above information, please add the Account Holders name, House number and postcode to the Private Notes section that is located at the bottom of your 'Community Profile'
