Hey!

 

I am moving house on Friday 24 February and the internet is cancelled from this date, but no bag has been sent so that I can return the router and other equipment. Please can this be sent as if it arrives after 24 February I will no longer have access to the flat to return the equipment.

Hi

 

add your home phone number to your 'Community Profile' and I can send a returns bag to you.

 

Remember, if you do not have a chance to return the router before moving, you can always take it with you and post back at a later date.
