Hi, I’ve reported a fault through my account but got a reply saying check back in a few days! The router has a permanent orange light, with no internet connection. I need this fixed ASAP, I have work to do!

I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test on the line now which is clear and the connection stats look ok. Are you able to connect at the moment?
