Rained massive amounts and now no internet. Phone line working. Router just stays orange light. Tried reset and all that s suggested. Still nothing. Any advice?

No there are no issues with the telephone line.

Hi re post, that was an error and I posted a new one immediately, everyone does mistakes especially when frustrated at the continually poor service by talktalk. The more upgrades we do the worse the service.
Re Internet, yes tried everything including changing wires, factory reset, tried my previous talktalk router and no WiFi or Internet plugged via an Ethernet cable is available.

I'm sorry to hear this.
Is the router connected at the test socket at the moment?
Have you tried factory resetting the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds?
