Hi my Internet stopped working from last night. I've restarted the router twice but this hasn't helped. The light is solid orange.

Hi no I don't have an alternative router. The main socket has only one port on it.

I'm sorry for the delay, thanks for confirming. I've run a test on the line now which hasn't detected a fault. Does your main socket have a test socket please? Do you also have an alternative router that you can test with?
