Connection went down Friday, reported via My Account, reinstated briefly this morning now off again since 12:00. Tried to Live Chat via My Account but no response. Router turned off for 20mins and microfilter connected to test socket as suggested in My Account troubleshooter but still no connection. Advice please.

Thanks for reminding me - I was going to post yesterday but forgot!🤔 Over the last 72 hrs there have been no issues with the connection so hopefully all sorted now. Thanks again for the help.

Last post a bit premature as connection now reinstated. I'll monitor for 48 hours and hopefully things will stabilise soon. Thanks again.

Unfortunately, as happened previously the connection was reinstated but has failed again, at about the same time oddly enough. Perhaps you could investigate again. Thanks.

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.
They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first. Please try to avoid posting on here until TalkTalk has responded to you, otherwise, this will just put you further down the queue.
