Had orange flashing light suddenly appear on router and haven’t had internet connection for 24 hours changed cable’s rebooted nothing helps. Anyone else having issues or got any suggestions. Don’t wanna miss the soaps over Christmas

The internet will only affect catch-up apps, not terrestrial TV signals.

 

Staff here are not back until Wednesday so you'd be best phoning during opening hours to report a fault.
