Hi,
Over 24hrs ago my Internet lost connection on all devices and still not working and the router is just constantly flashing orange. Rebootinf and things hasnt fixed the issue.

Yes it plugged in, tried factory reset and it continues to flat orange

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults - Line test is clear.
Is the router at the test socket at the moment? Have you tried factory resetting the router using the pin hole reset for ten seconds?

If you click on your Community Profile username/avatar then scroll down the page to View / Manage this User's Settings, click on this.
Click on the personal information tab and add your details there, remember to click the save changes button once you've added your details.
