So I slipped up and didn't realise that I'm out of contract, therefore paying and extra £13 a month for the last 2 months (£37 instead of £24).......I'll take that one on the chin.
What I can't accept is that they now offer me to renew at £26 rather than a new customer rate at £23.50, or after discount £20.72!
I'm starting to think that Virgin or Sky will appreciate me more as a newb, Virgin currently £24, or after discount £18.44! They also state that they can provide 108mb over 65mb!

Virgin use a different cable to provide their services, so unless you already have one of their coaxial termination points in your home, you will need a new installation.

Phone 03451 720088 or use Chat, @UITACOOM to renew:

Quote the new ccustomerprices at them and haggle.

Ignore the offers in My Account  - they tend to come with TV automatically added etc, whereas you are much more in control of the situation if you do this in person with an agent.

It can't be done through the forum.
